• "Platform" refers to the Bandobast website and related services.
• "Provider" refers to a service professional who creates a profile on Bandobast.
• "Customer" refers to any person using the platform to find service providers.
• "Content" includes text, images, videos, credentials, reviews, and other materials posted on the platform.

• Providers must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
• Providers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
• Bandobast reserves the right to verify provider credentials and qualifications.
• Providers agree to pay applicable registration fees as displayed on the platform.
• Bandobast may suspend or terminate provider accounts for false information or misconduct.

• Deliver services with reasonable skill and care as represented in your profile.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• Maintain valid licenses, certifications, and insurance as required for your profession.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading conduct.

• Provide accurate information when using the platform.
• Treat providers with respect and professionalism.
• Provide honest and fair reviews based on actual experience.
• Not misuse the platform for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes.

The Bandobast name, logo, design, and platform code are owned by Bandobast. Content posted by providers and customers remains their intellectual property, but by posting it on Bandobast, you grant us a license to display and distribute it on the platform.

• Reviews must be based on genuine experiences with the provider.
• Bandobast reserves the right to remove reviews that are fraudulent, harassing, or violate our policies.
• Providers may respond to reviews professionally and constructively.
• Bandobast does not guarantee the accuracy of customer reviews.

Bandobast acts as a platform connecting providers and customers. We are not a party to any agreement between providers and customers. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Bandobast is not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided.
• Bandobast is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
• Bandobast total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration in accordance with Pakistani law, with proceedings conducted in Islamabad.

Bandobast may suspend or terminate access to the platform for violation of these terms, illegal activity, or any conduct that may harm the platform or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any legal action shall be brought in the courts of Islamabad.
