Post a requestHere is what changes for car rental in Valencia. Expect house lawns and driveways for dholki, mayun and nikkah, alongside halls and marquees on the main roads near the society. Wide roads make pickups easy, but send the driver the block and entry details, and plan the drive to a venue outside the society. Waiting time at the venue is part of the job, so agree in advance how it is charged.
Before you accept an offer, think through how a car rental service will work here. Wide roads make parking easier than in older areas, but still tell neighbours if guests will park outside their houses. Send every driver the pickup address, the venue and a location pin, not just the area name. No car rental services list Valencia on their profile yet, but many work across Lahore and a request still reaches the ones willing to travel.
When the baraat and walima are at a venue outside the society, plan the drive for guests and keep the bride's route simple.
Book cars once venues and timings are fixed, and send drivers the addresses, the route and the arrival time a day or two before.
Give vendors the block and house number, and ask the society whether vendor vehicles need anything at the entrance.
Wedding nights bring heavy traffic near the busiest venues, so plan the route and leave margin.

Send your request once your venues and timings are fixed, earlier if you need matching cars for a convoy. Peak-season weekends fill first, so a request in good time gives you more offers to compare.
Send the pickup address, the venue and the time the bride or baraat has to arrive, so the driver can plan the route. Wide roads make parking easier than in older areas, but still tell neighbours if guests will park outside their houses. Agree where the bridal car will stop at the venue entrance and where the convoy will park.
Ask the society about any entry requirements for vendor vehicles, and share the details with each vendor before the day.
It depends on the car, the hours you need and how far it travels, and on whether you want it decorated. Car rental services on Bandobast list a starting price, and you can name your budget in a request to see who accepts.
Yes. Say how many cars you need and which ones should match, and car rental services can quote for the full convoy.
You pay Bandobast by bank transfer, not the vendor directly. We hold the money until your event is done and only then pay the vendor, so if something goes wrong before the day, your money hasn't left.
Wedding car rental who work in Valencia often cover these areas too.
