Open lawns and plots need a setup from the ground up, so ask the decorator to quote tent, flooring, lighting and generator together. The usual settings in Raiwind Road are open plots hired with a full tent, flooring and lighting setup, as well as farmhouses with lawns for mehndi, walima and back-to-back functions. Decorators need to know the setup window the venue allows and where their vehicle can unload.
Small practical things decide how the day goes. Ask the farmhouse what's included: tent structure, chairs, generator, washrooms, kitchen space. Anything missing has to be booked separately. Outdoor and home events lean on lighting and tenting more than on the stage itself. No decorators and tent services list Raiwind Road on their profile yet, but many work across Lahore and a request still reaches the ones willing to travel.
Check the forecast for an outdoor event and ask the decorator what cover they can put up if rain is possible.
Plan backup power. A generator big enough for lights, fans and the sound system is needed at most farmhouse events.
Ask about lighting and a guard at the gate and parking area, since the approach roads can be dark at night.
Book decor once the venue is confirmed, and agree the design and the setup window well before the date.

Yes. Most decorators who cover Raiwind Road also do tent and shamiana work, quoted separately from stage decor. Check the forecast for an outdoor event and ask the decorator what cover they can put up if rain is possible.
It depends on the farmhouse. Often you need the tent, lighting, generator and catering, and sometimes washrooms. Get a written list of what's included before you book.
Almost always. Ask the decorator or the farmhouse to include one sized for the lights, fans and sound system.
It depends on the size of the setup and the materials, especially fresh flowers and lighting. Decorators on Bandobast list a starting price, and you can name your budget in a request and see what they offer for it.
Yes. Post one request per event or describe all three, and decorators can send an offer for the full set.
You pay Bandobast by bank transfer, not the vendor directly. We hold the money until your event is done and only then pay the vendor, so if something goes wrong before the day, your money hasn't left.
Decorators & tent services who work in Raiwind Road often cover these areas too.
